Pascal Strasche is a designer from Germany. The logo aims to give the designers portfolio a high recognition value and to tell a story of a “mysterious salesman” who want´s to palm the portfolio off on somebody. He want´s to make people curious about the designers work.

“PsSt!” are the initials from Pascal Strasche. The shape of the logo works in two ways:
1. It´s an “mysterious salesman” which opens his coat and offers the designers portfolio.
2. It´s an speech bubble which contains the “PsSt!”

nothing els to say but WOW
the 3d figure is well done , and yet doesent steal the whole eye sight.
readable logo, that catches the eyeperfectly..
the cowboy-like leather background makes logo even more atractive for the eye..
the onlu minus i can find , is the fact you could never guess what is te logo representing.. thats a shame.. =(

I like the concept but I don’t think the word bubble is working. I wish the overall shape looked more like he is opening his overcoat. Production-wise it is well executed. I like the color usage. I think the flash version of the site is creatively done. Maybe a little unintuitive in the navigation.

P.S. Anyone can make exclamations of opinion like \lame\ or \boring\ but how about a constructive critique?

sooo “mysterious”….. ooooooh watch out, he’s going to mysteriously sell you something. not exactly the message i would choose to employ to present myself as a design professional. the photoshop work reminds me of the early 1990s.
