Very good, but should have had some holes in the letters to show what they are, its not easily recognizable as D’s and O’s.
Good idea, but I think the implementation is lacking. Maybe it’s just me, but without knowing it is supposed to be Dodo, I don’t think I would see it in the skewer.
This logo definitely has potential; amazing concept. I agree with Sol though…some minor work on the typography to make it pop would be good. Possibly adding another color? The Tag line font is perfect tho!
It’s clean but not legible. I had a hard time reading the name since they are blocks. My eyes go from the kebab image/name to the clear GRILL RESTAURANT. Maybe doing some minor changes to the DODO to make it more readable.
I enjoy the concept, and if the restaurant were well known enough the legibility wouldn’t be a huge problem. I would like to see some sort of clear typeface showing it named Dodo then anything that has the logo on it will be clear especially if used inside the restaurant on aprons and such.

I agree, the concept is solid, but the letterforms need a bit more finessing before it’s really where it could be. Also wonder what informed the choice of the skewer going right to left, rather than left to right.
Really love this one.
Agree with a majority though, letterform is not clear for all. I thought it was BOBO at first… lol don’t know why, but either way I’m sold on the idea.

Very nice concept – I get it immedietly. Perhaps cutouts or holes in the centre of the letters would be a good idea but I still really like it! Well done!
“DODO” – it is obviously an extinct animal from Mauritius, but in the U.K. it is also another word for a sh!t. Sorry to be crude, but you wouldn’t find me eating from that restaurant’s skewers!
