Agree with most everyone. Many designers use negative space for visual construction only, this one is for meaning as well. Best demonstration of the power of logo.

one more thing that I can see in the shape, I see smiling joker… I dont know if anyone else saw it also… the bottom bended part is like a smile on the face of joker…

I think the idea of the negative space works well. There is something kind of dark about the design though but none the less a clever concept.

Houses and cars are not cheap and not every person is able to buy it. But, loans was created to support different people in such kind of cases.
