I love this design. Friendly, inviting and fun. All the ingredients needed for a coffee bar.
I may have made the ‘O’ and ‘L’ a little darker, because from far away it may read ‘Viv Loca’
I like it a lot. Very inviting and it has a Brazilian vibe to it (although it’s from Portugal).
I’d have the second o farther away or in a different color to distinguish it. also have the whole smiley darker (like Paul said)
But all in all, I like the concept and the rendering. don’t let my suggestions make you think I didn’t like it.
Uhm this logo is a rip off. I remember this face shape logo but its for a whole different company just can’t seem to remeber how it is called but its total identical face shape.
I agree with Paul. The logo was approved by the client as is, but after I changed color, as you can see on my web site.
I think the “rip off” accusation always deserves either documentation or silence. Nice logo!

In my opinion the only similarity is to have a face.
So if a logo have a face would be copies of others?
If this logo was similar to another was pure coincidence and not rip off.
Fun and friendly, but doesn’t really say “coffee bar” all that much to me. Then again, coffee bar logos often look far too similar… so perhaps this logo is a welcome change!
