There are several design concepts here, and I learned that “fewer is better for design, fewer is easier for the target audience”. I don´t get all those concepts at first sight. Right hand could be an appropiate concept for other subjects, left hand could be hard to see, and the size of the whole design is too big. But still I have faith that this one could be the start of one of the logos of the year
The logo is for a hands-on natural science museum for children. They have a petting zoo that takes in wounded animals from their surrounding nature, and situated on a hill top in San Francisco. Thus the 2 hands and nature reference. This logo has won the SF Show 11 Award and is published on LogoLounge Vol. 6.
