Yup. Looks to me like it was rushed. I’m sure they could have come up with something more striking.
upside down house? yes not very striking sadly. Very feminine
Clean and simple. Nothing special as the others have said.
Upside down house? I thought it looked more like a pocket!
May not be the most memorable logo.. but very easy to create a brand style that is memorable. Simple gets the job done.

If the client said they wanted something “Clean and Simple”: then you did a great job.
IF however, they gave you the freedom to do what you want: then it’s not good enough.
We (the critiques) often forget that most logo’s are made towards the idea’s of the client.
(don’t get me wrong, I would like to see the world filled with creative logo’s ONLY, but not all clients desire it).

@MrSpijker, Agreed with your comment. This is probably a very successful solution based on the client’s objectives.
However since there is no rationale to why it is the way it is, Im left wondering why this logo made the cut in the first place?

As seen from the graphic perspective, it is nothing fancy
