One day I hope to create logos this creative and smooth. I really like this! I particularly like the use of the whitespace.
I like the concealed look you’ve got going and the idea is nice. There is something which doesn’t sit right with me though.
To me, it feels like we’re swinging between two dominant styles (traditional/old world typography and the somewhat contemporary icon and colour scheme) and the final product just seems to be an uncomfortable mash-up of them.
However this could be just me?

weak design… the flamingo is absolutely irrelevant.. so I saw that horse head many many times before…. color selection is too obvious but a farm may require another color scheme WITH pink on it
