I’m not a fan of hearts and hands in logos but this is a great mark. Nice job.
Not my personal favorite, but that doesn’t matter because it is definitely an effective mark. As Rita said, the colors definitely fit the region it is designed for. The merging of the heart into a palm is well done and definitely like the typeface. And still uses the traditional cross shape as a whole. Excellent work here.
