“Movies are discussed and reviewed by three movie fans in these entertaining podcasts, which are available through iTunes and on moviewallas.com. The Moviewallas were attending an Oscar screening party in San Diego, and they wanted a logo for their website, T-shirts, flyers and business cards, and also on the iTunes store. The clients wanted a logo that reflected the casual, friendly vibe to be found in their podcasts, and the fact that there are three people behind this project. They wanted a simple, clean logo that could be scaleable. Lastly, a logo that shows that critique movies.”

Says what it is in a blink. What more can you want in a logo?!
Idea is there, design itself is not so great.
Eg. type could be improved greatly, the film holes don’t line up to the opposite side, the holes are all unevenly placed, the black film element is uneven with the rest of the design. These are all little one percenters which can be easily finessed, however they all add up.
All feels a little slapdash.
Made me smile. I think it works.
This logo looks a little dated. Perhaps mid 70s. Plus the film strip has been done as long as film has been around. And the typewriter/courier font doesn’t help.
It’s all very safe.
nice logo
direct and too the point – says whats inside at a glance
I think it looks good, and it reflects the concept well.
I love the colours and concept, not entirely keen on the style of the faces; looks a bit too cartoony. But overall it has the feel of old and new, which is great for something movie related.
good.It works.
I have to agree with adamo. Concept is great, execution could use some more work.
And I have to add, I don’t feel like the faces are expressive enough. They could use just a little tweaking to get them that much further.
And I can’t help but see a Nike Swoosh in the first face.
can anyone please help me out how to submit my logos on this site
Thanks
