I think by implementing a 'usual wide spoon' which accompanies a bowl of soup through the use of negative space to the logo on either side of the U could help to place a differentiation of a cup for tea or coffee and a cup for soup.

@javier yeah it says that in the description. But is that description going to accompany the logo all the time? Something to think about.

@Daniel Berumen I agree... you can confuse it with a cup or tea or coffee...perhaps because "U" is so high... I believe wider and shorter cup is more associated with soup. Whatever - design is beautifull. Association with cup is really strong, very nice!

Very nice, simple and elegant. But I can still confuse it with a cup of coffee or tea. To be it seems strange to eat soup out of a cup, unless is one of those instant ones, which I dislike.

Other than that it's great.
