“Figure Nine, Inc. is a small bookkeeping/accounting firm in the Indianapolis area. The logo will be used as the company mark on all marketing materials. The logo was to be clean-looking yet bold, and I wanted to convey Figure Nine’s association with number-crunching without being too blatant. Using a “9″ as the g worked out well, and offsetting it in a bolder red makes it stand out so the viewer has to look twice.”

Very nice. I actually don’t remember seeing a 9 used as a g before. Strange, since it makes so much sense.
Very nice. I agree with Abounding’s post. Love it…
I like the font used, which is it?

I love the font, very clean and great logo!
Very nice — love the concept of the “9″ for the “g”
Great work!
says it all in one word! very nice!
good!
simple and truly lovely
great job!
Nice! Polished and uncluttered. Gets the desired message across, without assaulting your eyeballs with demanding fonts and graphics. Simple, yet sneakily’ creative.
Rogvaiv dot com has the the same concept of g & 9 from several years
Another one that makes good use of a number as a g is the Dallaglio Foundation, this time using the rugby legend’s* number 8. http://www.dallagliofoundation.com/
*Sorry Jacob, if you haven’t forgiven us for RWC 2003…
Nice logo!
Many designers have been using number digits in their logo design but each one is unique.
WOW! It looks simple to do! But how many people could have thought of it. Very Nice!!!!!!!!!!!
I have to say this is one of the best examples of logo design I’ve seen in a while. The typography aspects of this are spot on! I love the choices in color and the overall arrangement in addition to the play on words, very creative!
