At first glance I wasn’t loving it but after living with it for a minute, and checking out the site, I think it works really well.

To me it does have a foody feel – noodles and pasta… it’s funky and quite cool.

Yes, a bit hard to read but in this instance it actually works.

Not your classic slick food logo but to me it’s modern, and memorable, and upmarket-quirky.

I third the notion that it looks better on the site.

I think part of the problem here is the black on white makes it look like it’s kind of floating in an open space. The white on brown they did on the site looks tons better. It’s also scaled down a bit on the site which seems to help too.

Still not the best in my opinion. The thin lines kind of relay to me that they serve you meager food portions or something. But I gained new faith in it when I saw it in use. It looks more modern than starving there.

I agree with Al. It looks much better on the website. In that context I actually like the logo and think it gives of a very high end, modern feel.

The black on white display here doesn’t do the logo any favors at all. But the white on burgundy, as in the website, makes all the difference.

Sorry but this just doesn’t cut it.

In no way does it represent high class for me. this logo just looks to have been put together in 2 sec by someone when they realized they needed a logo.

Barely readable and too spaced, there is just no way to salvage this wreck.

I might sound overly harsh, but this is (IMO) the worst logo I’ve been treated too as of yet.

It’s a 6 years old logo.
I agree, it’s not easy to read the name, but the name is famous in Luxembourg.

it must be fast food, it kind of looks like a couple of chubby butts leavin the restaurant. lol. I have to say I don’t like this either. the spacing, the thin font the wacky type style just adds up to bad.

It’s different and interesting and I want it to be good, but it’s just hard to read and not very memorable. Nothing about it really stands out at first glance. I don’t know if those shapes are supposed to look like something other than letters?

That is a horrible logo, besides just being hard to read and does a baseline mean anything to these people. The letters are too far apart, the used of the repeating shape is a total failure and they could not even keep that throughout the entire logo (5 letter quite sad). I not quite sure why would post this on Logo of the day.com except to show an example of a bad logo. Of course I’m sure somebody loved it. I dare if your target audience is “high class” people, they are lazier then “middle class” and wont try to read if it is a lot of work. Why would anyone go it a restaurant that you cant even read the name of restaurant. Have the french lost their sense of art. Sorry for the rant. Bad logos tick me off.
