The overlay is too dramatic and intense, taking away from the concept and driving emotion instead of function. I agree ONCE I READ THE BRIEF that Paranoid and Naive are there emotionally, but there's no connection to it when seen unexplained. To be honest I couldn't even make a suggestion for a tweak. I think the concept would have needed a dramatic re-work. Incidentally, I came across it from the "Left Right" logo that has this as a "related" piece, thus the delay. I hadn't seen this one before. For me you should either be able to read it the first time you look at it or it should make you take a second look and without too much effort (no effort at all is no fun:P) decipher what is written.
