Pr*tty Sh*tty is a blog that juxtaposes good and bad design. It is updated every weekday. The idea behind the blog, aside from having some fun with it, is to raise awareness of ways we, as designers, can help improve the visual landscape of our everyday lives.
I use asterisks in place of the vowels in both words. The asterisks are then used to tag the photos. A Pr*tty one, and Sh*tty one. My hope is extend this device into the real world, and make asterisk stickers to slap up on actual stuff. Or better yet, to have my readership take up that gauntlet.

A fun logo. I like it!
Ha ha – you got to love it.
Nice one!
Pritty cool
I like! A logo that communicates my entire weekend! I’m sick! It’s Monday and again this logo communicates how I feel this morning. I will share this site with my friends when I drag myself sick self to class!
It made me smile right away, and I liked it even more after reading the description when it said they use the asterisks when it comes to tagging a photo as good or bad design, and after looking at the blog itself, even the colors coincide with that same connection. So I loved it even, even even more after seeing it in action.
On a side note, I’ll have to save that blog into my bookmarks, it looks like its relatively entertaining, keep it up!
Very nice – Like Chris, I smiled as soon as I saw it. You get a reaction that fast from a design and you know it’s good.
I love this logo. It’s simple, and clean without being boring.
Its funny as h*ll!
Pr*tty, definitely! Agree with the previous comments: instantly interesting, and made me smile. Totally memorable, and I’ll definitely be checking out the blog!
If you have not realized… an asterisk may look like an a-hole, which coincidentally (or purposefully) go well with sh*tty
