Macaroon and Divine Confectionary company located on Shelter Island. Embodiment of the French style flourish and decoration the logo is beautiful and recognizable. It leaves a lasting impression on the customer, a stamp on their minds.

Looks like a modified copyright symbol. The flourish on the top no doubt looks great at a size any smaller than it is right now.
It is probably beautiful but not sure if it is memorable. Shouldn’t the “mark it with” be positioned symmetrical as the whole make is?
