A honest design. Simple and efficient.
I don’t necessarily agree with the font used for “blunt”, the U looks uselessly streched out.
But all in all, this logo will be efficient. The umbrella image, with the right marketing, could even become so recognizable that it can be used as a standalone icon.
The icon looks a little disconnected from the text. But I do like the typeface used!
