Wow, the typeface is sooooo gorgeous!
Not only is it gorgeous, it’s balanced, which is what I find toughest about using typefaces like this one in a logo – getting it to fit together like a completed puzzle.
Yeah, each glyph looks right in place, despite all the swirls.
This logo doesn’t do much for me. It just reminds me of everyother company using the same font – but this one added a sweet clipart pencil.

The font is candy script, the same as Carsonified used in their logo. It’s awesome.
David, Although I was not aware of the other logos, this particular logo is executed well. I am not much of a fan of the other sites you mentioned (Carsonfied is OK) however this one does work well… though the pencil is not entirely necessary. In fact, I would probably remove it.
